The extension of Fort Kinnaird through the construction of a 60,000 sq ft unit for Debenhams, a 28,000 sq ft cinema which is under offer to Odeon, 22,000 sq ft of restaurants and improvements to the public realm. Work is expected to start on site in 2013.  In addition there is 45,000 sq ft of Open A1 units.

The development partner is a unit trust partnership owned by Hercules and the Crown Estates Commissioners.
