A 7 acre site was sold by Pillar to a JV between Parlison and Countryside Properties PLC and then developed to provide 250 residential units, a gym, hotel and various A3 uses. The development was located close to the ruins of Merton Priory and the successful design and implementation involved close liaison with English Heritage and local historical societies.
