The demolition of the existing Travelodge Hotel and the construction of four retail units. It is proposed that one of the units will be occupied by a Next at Home unit which will include a cafe. (4,459sqm gross internal area (GIA) with 372sqm GIA for the garden centre). The other three units are each 1,672sqm GIA, these floor areas include mezzanines in all units with total proposed floor space 9,474 sqm.
